SUMMARY: The temporary authority allowing Soldiers to carry over up to 75 days of accrued leave expires on 30 Sep 2015, reverting back to a max carryover of 60 days this year. The Use/Lose block on the LES may not be calculating correctly; DFAS is working to correct this. With the exception of Special Leave, leave balances exceeding 60 days will be lost on 1 Oct 2015. Please ensure Soldiers are aware of this change so they can plan leave use accordingly.
